We are seeking a high-quality candidate with a Master's degree in Food Science and hands-on experience in Food Fermentation to join our team at the University of Limerick. The successful candidate will be involved in research focused on sustainable proteins, exploring their potential applications in food products.
Requirements
Master's degree in Food Science, Bioscience, or related field.Proficiency in food fermentation techniques and deep knowledge of food proteins Excellent written and verbal apply communication skills in English
